Context
Regenesis makes the technologies that clean up contamination most people never see: PFAS, chlorinated solvents, and petroleum in soil and groundwater. Its products, from PlumeStop to PetroFix, have treated more than 40,000 sites around the world. The company's standard is simple: successful remediation, every time, because remediation is only expensive when it doesn't work.
Challenge
The science was proven. The website didn't show it. A 2023 audit found a site that talked about Regenesis instead of the problems customers bring to it, with confusing navigation, dead links, too many subpages, scattered calls to action, and a clunky form for the design requests that turn a visit into a project. Home page conversion hovered around 1.4%, and bounce rates topped 70%. The new site also had to serve very different readers at once: the environmental consultants who specify the technology, the owners responsible for contaminated sites, regulators, and contractors, across regions and languages.
Approach
We redesigned the site around the questions visitors arrive with. Navigation came down to four doors: Work with Us, Technology, Services, and Resources. From there, technical readers, responsible parties, regulators, and contractors each get their own path. The homepage sets out four strengths (proven results, fast turnaround, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance), and a world map lets visitors browse case studies by country. Product pages share one template, from how the technology works to spec sheets, case studies, and a design assistant, and the technical library filters by product and contaminant. A design request, a meeting, and site search are a click away on every page, and a region picker serves the US and Europe in five languages.
Outcome
A site as clear as the science behind it: it speaks to the people who specify the technology and the people who pay for the cleanup, and it puts the proof in front of both. Within 90 days of launch, demo requests rose 42%, bounce rate fell 25%, and Regenesis added $8.9M in new pipeline.
“The Prophet team didn’t just redesign our site. They built us a sales engine. The process was smooth, and the results speak for themselves.”
