1. Who we are

Prophet Agency LLC ("Prophet", "we", "us", "our") operates prophet.agency. We are the controller of personal information collected through this site.

2. Scope

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. It does not cover information we process on behalf of clients under a separate services agreement, where the client is the controller and their own policy applies.

3. Information you give us

Contact form. Your name, email address, and organization, what you tell us you're working on, and, if you choose, how you heard about us.

Direct correspondence. Anything you send us by email.

We ask that you do not send sensitive personal information through this website.

4. Information collected automatically

When you visit, our hosting provider automatically records technical information in server logs, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page you requested, and the referring page. We use these logs to operate and secure the site. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools on this site.

5. Third-party services

These providers process data under their own policies. We do not control their practices.

7. Sharing

8. Cookies

This site does not set cookies. If you use the light and dark mode switch, your browser keeps your choice in its local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. That setting stays on your device and is never sent to us. The booking page is hosted by Google Calendar, where Google's own cookie practices apply.

9. Retention

We keep enquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention settings.

10. Your rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion, to request correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email c@prophet.agency.

EEA and UK visitors (GDPR). Where GDPR applies, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Our legal bases are legitimate interests (responding to your enquiries, site security) and, where relevant, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. If you are outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

14. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here, and the "last updated" date will reflect the revision.
